Just wanted to introduce myself. I was given a one owner Ford Taurus SHO that just hit 100k miles, Car was originally purchased by my father and babied it's entire life. Not one scratch on the vehicle and car is meticulous. I owned a 1999' 528i but unfortunately it completely died. Just wanna know anything I should know about owning this car, I'll post some photos if anyone is interested.

Here is all you need to know:
SHOs are horrible forms of automotive torture, they will cost you way more than they are worth, the engine is a boat anchor, and any vehicle made in the last five years will be faster, better looking, and far more reliable.
So consider it a great and kind gesture that I am willing to take your 'gift' off your hands before the madness sets in. Where is the car located, I can pick it up next week.
