Was a Ford tech for 10 years and always loved these cars even though I was always in a Lincoln/Mercury store.

Looking to get one now but was wondering about the whole camshaft sprocket welding thing.

From the info I can find, is this only a problem on the 1996-1999 models or does it affect other years
