im looking at at hennesy package sho the car has 45k on it and runs drives perfect just wondering if anyone had experiance with the hennesy setup and how they like it

How much of the Hennessey package are you going to buy?

Basically everything in it can be had for much less money. TheirAir intake does little and is VERY expensive. The exhaust they sell is mostly "Noise Fluff". SCT Tuners and tunes can be had for $500. from both Unleashed Tuning & Livernois. Better tunes and much better service from either.

^^ this is true but Mike's car is super top secret, he doesn't like anybody to notice his car so he never opens the hood or talks about what he's done to his car.

A quick search and you'll find the info about Henny. As mentioned above, too much money for not alot of bang. Plus Torrie and Rick have been in the game longer and Rick is always on here when you need him. And with Henny's past, I'd avoid them like the plague.

yes the car is at a dealer and the price is def right at 26999 for it the old lady loves it i really like it too. im not looking for max performance just something that has some giddy up will surprise most people and can ridein comfort with my wife, kid dogs and so on
i have a race car already 90 camaro sbc th350 that runs 10`s . i have a 90 t bird supercoupe with lots of mods done and i want something newer and with more creature comforts and im def a ford guy when it comes to my daily driver car. and i think the new sho fits my needs very well and having a few hennessy goodies on it makes the deal a little sweeter. i dont want to buy a car thats going to have tons of issues either but having a 100k warranty on a car that they aalready know is modded makes it easy for me to get a livernois tune or something like that and not have a issue with them if something breaks

I think a stock new SHO will already surprise you on how fast it is, especially if it has the performance package and I would err on the side of caution with a Hennessy tuned car. I don't think it's going to be reliable for you and even with a warranty, do you want it in the shop all of the time? Hennessy doesn't have the best reputation, especially around these parts. Just save your self the headache and get a clean stock one. If you feel it's too slow after awhile, then maybe give Rick a call at LMS.

IIRC, Hennessy blew up the motor in his MKS EcoBoost test car too.

Hey tell me about that S.C. you got there. Do you go on the sccoa page? Tell me more.
Now on the SHO, if there are ANY mod's done they leave a tracer in the car. If you go to any other Ford dealer they will "Black List" your car. This I know for sure. I would be very careful of buying ANY car that has mod.s done to it if I was looking for coverage from Ford. Just be carefull and go from there.....Rich

the s/c i had it a while now lol got a nice stage 1 engine in it little blower pulley, exhaust , tune.

the sho was a great nice car very quick very solid but i wqas told that there was no warranty either from them or hennesy so i told them i was leaving and have a nice day ill pass on that mess ill just buy a stock car
