HELP!!

OK..I got all new speakers and I am not getting anything out of then..No noise at all!! Cd player is in there and works fine..I can hear my 2 12's in the trunk!Anyone know why I am not getting any POWER to the speakers?Somoone said to bypass the amp!So i did that and I get a sound out of the speaker for a second, and its only static?

Bypass the amp? What amp is driving the speakers? Preamp level signals won't give you any sound out of the speakers.

Becareful Blue, mine is the front right, and I need new tie rod ends, and a strut mount...my steering wheel is turned 45 degrees to the left just to go straight...
