Two ?'s...

1) You didn't hook the battery up backwards, did you? Positive is supposed to be towards the front of the car, negative towards the rear.
2) When was the last time you cleaned the battery terminals?

Did you wire up the new starter correctly?

Is it an MTX? If so, have you tried push starting it? Have you tried jumping it?

Do the lights eventually come back on? Are they bright/dim, etc?

Yes it is an MTX. No I haven't tried jump starting it, or jumping the battery, No the lights don't turn on. Nothing happens. Dash lights, interior lights, exterior lights, nothing does anything on the car. :help:  :madflame:

If nothing works at all, either your battery is toast (even if you tried charging it), a connection is not hooked up somewhere, or the connections are so terribly bad that no current can pass through whatsoever.

Try hooking up the charger to the battery with the battery in the car. When you turn on the charger, open the doors or something to get some lights to come on. If lights come on, battery is toast. If still nothing, bad connection.

If you jumped started or jumped the battery and it ran fine, you would know the battery is toast.
