If the recall was done, then you would have two plugs in the floorpan above each of the rear mounts. If the recall wasn't done, you'll need to drill out a hole with a hole saw above the mounts. In either case, the recall kits should fix this for you.
The recall (#98S36) applied to '86-'95 Tauruses in ~25 states and some Canadian provinces (basically anywhere where salt is used on the roads).
The recall kit will include the instructions, but you will want to find a 2.5" hole saw compatible with sheet metal to bring with you for the repairs. You should also probably bring along a file to clean out the holes in the subframe so that the new bushings will go in smoothly.
FWIW, since you're getting the alum SFB's with the recall kits from Josh, you might as well at least do the rears while you're doing the recall kits. Shouldn't add but a couple of minutes to each side.
