Wipers and washer turn on with key and won't stop till turn key off... also both working on acc.....

sounds like the wiper motor is bad. I don't know what year car you have - the earlier ones with 2 connectors, if you pull off the one connector it will allow you to turn the wipers on and off, but they will not park. One the later ones with one connector, you are stuck until you change the wiper motor.

Sorry its a Gen one ..... and when I pull the plug on intermediate box under dash they stop..... same thing if I pull fuse they stop .....

I think it has something to do with delay box ... cause one relay inside clicks as soon as fuse is put in and wipers and washers run nonstop.... but I'm not sure what kills power to it. Cause even with multi function switch unplugged they still run with key on

Ok just left junkyard.... it was the delay box! So not sure why it happened but if your wipers stay on , with key on and won't shut off unless you turn key off its delay box under dash by gas pedal.
