93 atx, 147,000 on the clock, 2800.00 tranny shifts kinda slow, needs new tires, the air bag light keeps flashing are they gonna go off?

Doesn't sound too bad, but get the tranny checked. There is a method for resetting the airbag light..check the electronics troubleshooting section for details. I don't think they're going to go off.
