I bought my 2010 sho non-pp at 28k miles(2 years ago) and had some initial issues with a blinking CEL. The dealer couldnt replicate but it happened usually when i tried to pass someone or merge. After much research i decided to just change the plugs to cover my bases as i heard about the 2010 plugs wear out prematurely. This corrected the problem entirely.
I debated tuning the sho forever till i finally pulled the trigger and got a SCT X4, 3bar and thermostat. I loaded the tune and it was amazing i couldnt believe the power it put out and the throttle response. after playing with the tuner i decided to look at the knock readings as ive heard of alot of issues related to the sensors detecting knock and pulling timing. to my dismay i see a max reading of 7 and upon looking at the datalog i noticed it would happen everytime i floored it. I went back to stock monitored the knock again and still saw knock readings as high as 5-7. Ive since tried every gas available to me in canada and they all get atleast as high as 4 degrees at wot. Changed the plugs. Ran a few bg treatments through the engine and the gas. nothing really helps at all. I checked my knock sensors for chafing on the block like some others have but i have wraped those wires to no effect aswell.
Im just looking to make a list of stuff to try before i end up trading it in on a new vehicle if i cant fix it. all i can think of is replacing all the air sensors and the o2s. Oh ya i also got my bank 2 o2 sensor replaced but that also didnt fix the knock.

They were routed badly like the ones with problem but I put tape with plastic shroud around the wires. Maybe I'll look into my thoroughly wrapping them. Maybe I'll get new ones and wrap them real good about route the updated way
