Help me figure out if I have hard or soft button EATC

I am wanting to get a replacement button to change out a broken max AC button but I am not sure if I have a hard or soft button EATC.My current EATC pic 1

thats a soft button unit..and actually in very good shape for being as weak as they are lol only one button button messed up?

I'd say yours is soft because of the cracking on the max AC button. I believe only 95s and maybe 94s had hard button EATCs.

yep just the one button thats all I need to have a perfect interior.

I need to repace the power antenna mast and buff out a few swirl marks t have a darn near perfect example of a 93 MTX

definitly a soft button, but in very nice shape for being soft. I have never seen one with an unbroken max AC button, seems to be one of the first to go. yes 95s had them, and some 94s had them, but not all 94s, i beleive it started later in the model year. certan earlier taurus's had them but they were not facroty installed. I have a hard button unit for 1st gen SHO with the green display (very rare). it was bought as a replacement from ford later when they quit making the soft buttons

anyone know how to put a 95 hadrbutton face on a 94 power unit. LED is blown on my 95 unit.
