Lift the door handle on the DS door, and insert a screw driver up into it until you can feel the rod, and push up on it. Should take no longer then 1 minute. If not, you'll probably need to get a locksmith for the trunk.

Lee, is this the same problem we had when Matt was over about the 3.2L?

If this is the case, it's not that the doors are locked, but that they latches won't release to open the door. The last time this happened, it was in the 70's outside, and these doors would NOT open.

screw driver in either of the rear doors works, I didn't know we could do it on the front, anyway pull the rear handle all the way up and get a screw driver in there and push on the rod. Move it around you'll fee the rod and push it one way I forget which and you see the lock move up or down. If not I think you can just use a coat hanger like back in the day, iv broken into plenty of new cars doign that. (friends locking keys in cars, im not one of those ******** that breaks into peoples cars to steal shit:madflame: )

Ok this is how its done> you take a coat hanger of some ridgid wire of some sort and you take a plastic or wooden wedge and stick it in the top of the door between the door rubbers and pry the top of the door out and then slide the coat hanger/wire in, make sure you have a loop or hook in the end of it, and hook/loop the handle and pull on it, the door will open! it only works on the front it dosnt matter if the doors are locked on a ford the front doors will open with the inside door handle. i work at a body shop and we all are trained by AAA roadside assistance program. of course we have the right tools but what i mentioned are the things you can typically find laying aroung a garage. trust me the inside door handle thing works iv done it soo many times. any ??s on how this is done just ask if you didnt understand.:thumb:

You guys got it nice. The last time I called for a locksmith, I was being quoted upwards of $80. $50 for them being there, and X amount of dollars for how "extensive" the job would be. 30 seconds, and a screwdriver felt great to my wallet.
