i don't think it's overheating. When I drive it, the temp gauge stays right above the blue , but when I park it and turn the car off, the gauge goes about a quarter of the way full.

That's normal. The gauges when not energized will move to there resting position.

Alright, so you have a coolant leak, and a power steering leak (and probably oil leaks too).

Find your coolant leak, repair it, then drain it, maybe flush the radiator out if you can too. Refill and if it doesn't leak consider that done.

Power steering leaks shouldn't be hard to fix, there is one large line from the reservoir to the pump, a high pressure line from the pump to the rack, then a line from the rack to the power steering cooler at the DS front of the engine bay, then a return line from the cooler to the reservoir. Fairly simple find and repair.

wow

I drove it around for a while today, nothing was smoking or leaking. Upon checking the car out again, I realized that the power steering fluid was completely empty. That's the problem and where the leak is. No coolant leak, no oil leak, just power steering fluid. WOW. Thank god. Now it's time to install my zex kit and YES I'm keeping the car.
