I checked the fuses, new battery, but the battery light flashes, and gets drained. then i have no directionals. anyone else have same problem?


Fuse-checked

New ALT- checked

Battery- checked

All the wirings-checked


I did the computer thing that says 111 * system pass* then the 2nd time it says 112 which there is something wrong that drained my battery....any ideas ?? I need to go work tomorrow.

Turn signal/wiper/wiper washer/high beam/low beam/flash to pass switch.

Ok , all done ...it works now however i had to change battery three times already and its killin me ... what it is ?? it is brand new ALT ....damn

Sounds like a bad brand new alternator. It happens.

Ok , I changed the battery and alt today n ran for an hour ( when it gets hot ) it wont start so it must be something drained the battery or fried the alt ?

Look for hot wires , you MUST have a serious shortage somewhere.

Car running you should read 14.4 V on the batt. and 12V stopped.

if you dont get the 14.4 the alternator is not charging and you used all the batterie's juice.
