Need some help Ecoboost brothers

This is on my daughter's 1.5 Fusion 4 cylinder ecoboost. Her check engine light was showing cylinder 3 misfire, so I changed the plugs and the coil packs. Cleared the codes and noticed it was idling a bit rough. Drove it down the road and the CEL started flashing and it is running very rough. New code says cylinder one misfire. Going to recheck my work, but any ideas?

Are you losing coolant? Those engines are notorious for misfires and coolant loss. It's a defective design that requires engine replacement.

I believe later years were redesigned. Not sure of the exact years affected.

Coolant level is fine, no leaks.

Well.... glad I rechecked everything. The stupid coil pack just wasn't seated on #1 properly. Started it back up, no CEL and nice and smooth. I'll drive it in a bit to make sure before I release it back into the wild.
