Good luck. I've heard it isn't as hard as the older Tauruses.

got it done. not fun at all...or easy. heater works fine and so far no leaks. the dash will have to come out again (completly out) due to the mixing valve for the max a/c and vent being broken. mabie in the next weekend or two, will need help for that one.

So, at which point did you discover that you didn't actually need to remove the dash to replace the heater core?
