Heater Core Help!!

Ok guys im really in need of some help here.Im doing my heater core and i cant get the a/c lines off.Ive used 2 different removal tools and still no luck.This is the only thing holding me up from getting the heater box out.PLEASE IF THERE IS SOMEONE LOCAL TO ME THAT CAN HELP GET THESE TWO OFF IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.I hardly ever ask for help from anyone but this time i have no choice.Its going to be hot Monday and i have to get this done tommorrow.If you can help me out please call me at 508-816-9691.If i dont answer leave me a voice mail i will call back.BTW i have plenty of beer if thats what it takes!!!

Spray WD-40 on the spring side of th connector. Twist the line as you push and pull it apart. Are you sure the tool is going in all the way to release the spring? They are a bitch to get apart. I would recomend replacing the evaporator core while you're in there. Unless it's been replaced recently.

well i got the bottom one off but the top one was a bitch...i finally got ****** and cut it off with a sawzall.....but the core is in and working fine so its all set for now....ill worry about the a/c line later...
