Headlight Adjustment?

I just had new headlights installed after a little front end damage to my SHO. The drivers side light beam seems to be a little low. Is there any external adjustment to the headlight or low beam shade height? Is it normal to have the drives side low beam cut off only about 50 ft away from the car?

Pop the hood and look straight down at the back of the headlight assembly. You will see a hole with off-white colored gears and an area where you can insert a phillips head screwdriver. IIRC you turn the screwdriver counter clockwise to raise the aim of the light. The owners manual has detailed instructions iirc page 64.
