You wouldn't use the SS headers for a turbo setup in the classic sense. You could use them for a single, remote mount setup though.

Headers wouldn't effect a SC setup since the blower works off the engine belts and not the exhaust.

you wouldent use headers in a remote mount turbo setup unless they were redesigned to work specificaly with a turbo setup IE positive pressure in a exhaust system compared to that of a N/A car.

you would want to use headers in a supercharged aplication since the headers will help draw the spent fuel and air out of the cylinders so the next fresh charge can be rammed in, headers work off of something called scavanging and in lamins terms this creats a slight vaccum in the exhaust of the cylinder that is on the exhaust stroke to help draw the spent gases out of the cylinder so you can get more fresh fuel and air in.

summary:
turbo? headers, no
superchage? headers yes
