has anybody put in an in-dash flip screen??

just a question for yall, i was wondering if anyone has switched, where the stock stereo spot is, with the heat controls and put in a flip screen, its been an idea of mine for awhile, i just havent seen anybody that has it done, and i was also wondering how difficult it would be?
