My throttle cable, well it's not sticking, but is hard to push. I'm taking the cable out to **** it good. What would you/have you used? Like a spray white lithium grease or would that be too thick for cold weather, or get something from a motorcycle shop they use on bike cables?

Start with PBblaster. Work the cable back and forth. This breaks up dirt and grime and corrosion. Then use white lightning and work it in.

I was about to do the same when I checked out the TB. There is a rim of carbon in my TB that causes the butterfly to stick. As soon as this cold dissapears, I'll get around to cleaning it out. I did a whole service and forgot to clean the TB because I left it attatched to the car. What a dirty pirate ******! :bonk:
