Lately I have noticed it takes a while for me to start my car. It starts quicker If i tap the gas allittle but I shouldnt have to do that right? Also if its cold and I try to move it without it warming up it will cut off. There is a quite noticable hesitation at low rpm as well as slow revving. And I also hear a poping noise coming from the engine bay. Basically the car feels slugish I hear t screaming through the revs but I dont feel any power behind it. I got beat by a heavy azz Range Rover the other day among other things. I have replaced the plugs last summer. I installed another mass air last week. Cats and exhaust are two years old. And the check engine light doesnt come on. And yes it does work
Two summers ago I had the o2 sensors changed dont know what else to do. Any suggestions? I really am starting to hate this car!

Most likely it is your fuel pump going bad or your fuel filter is getting plugged. Both are pretty easy fixes. Start with the fuel filter (really easy, about 15 minutes) and see if that makes a diff. If it is your fuel pump (on top of your gas tank, you'll have to drop it down) then it's a good time to put a higher output fuel pump in. I think they cost around $75

OK I've been hanging around for a while here and been paying a lot of attention to the fellows who really know their stuff. I'm gonna try to offer you some advice on how to check out what the problem is...

Pull the codes and come back here with that informaiton, then these guys can advise.

How was that?

Speaking of people who really know their stuff, if the check engine light isn't on, you're not going to get any codes.......................how was that?

It also sounds like you may have some plug wires leaking spark. The way you can tell is while the engine is running run your bare hands over each wire. If your hair catches on fire at any given point you've just found your defective ignition wire. HEHEHE!!!
