It used to only do it when I turned left. Now, at parking lot speeds, she moans and groans when turning right or left.

I've heard other Ford cars that sound just like it, I'm just wondering what I need to change.

Thanks!

No, it sounds like it's coming from around the struts, I just don't know what it could be.

I might have to just get a video up.

basically, if you know it is coming from the strut area, then that is about the only thing it can be. Have somebody turn the wheel and lay your hands on the spring or strut mounts...
I had the same noise and when I put in my Konis, the old, original strut mounts and bushings were broken and falling apart. so when turning, the pieces were hanging up on itself.

You know, I can't remember if we replaced those when I did my struts and springs. I guess I'll start there.

How hard is it to replace them?

Sounds like it's time for upper strut mounts with bearings.
You will also need an alignment after the work is done.
