Total Negligence.....Lawyer up....You gave them a chance make sure every affected insurance gets involved. Social media is a good idea but if it goes to trial they could try to use that as a excuse to try and call pretrial publicity.

If you write a Google review, there is nothing the dealership can do to delete the review. Only you can delete it and the only thing the dealership can do is offer a response. I'm not sure how that works with Facebook or Yelp, but I'm certain with Google. Be careful that what you write is 100% accurate and as objective as you can make it, should you go that route.
