My CEL came on a couple times in the past couple weeks but went out after driving for a minute. I just checked the codes and got a few... here goes...

KOEO - 15 // stored codes - 66, 95
15 - No Keep alive memory (have always had this one...)
66 - MAF sensor signal low
95 - Fuel Pump: Open, bad ground or always on

KOER - 21, 77
21 - Engine Coolant Temperature sensor out of range
77 - System did not receive goose test

Cylinder balance - 9
9 - All cylinders are OK.

I clean my MAF Sensor every couple months but never had this code before. My fuel pump seems to be working OK. I replaced it about a year ago. I'm not sure about the ECT sensor. I guess that could be a problem...

Which codes should I be concentrating on?

The idle was a little erratic (felt like a vacuum leak type of thing) at first but then settled out, otherwise it seems to run and drive fine.

I've had the car now for 3 years and it has always started kind of funny. Sometimes it won't start unless I press the gas pedal all the way down while cranking. I replaced the TPS and got NO change.

I'm thinking maybe the ECT sensor is messed up and trying to start the car with a bad fuel mixture or something like that.

I cleaned the MAF sensor last night and the CEL has not come on since so I may have resolved that one.

I'd be cleaning the IAB valve. It hangs off the back of the throttle body and is cylindrical. If that get's gummed up, it might take a while for it to react during startup.

Usually, this involves removing the valve and use a pipe brush with some solvent to clean out all the passages or "nostrils".

ECT sensor will cause a hard start as it tells the computer how much fuel to add on a cold start.. Might as well replace it as its like $20 and easy to do, I did mine when I did my o2 sensors. I never had one go bad on a SHO but I had one fail on my old Talon and damn that thing was a pain to start. I had to press the pedal to the floor like it had a carb and it still didnt want to start also it ran like ass. It may not be everything but it should make it run and start better if its bad.
