Can't wait to get them on, but I still need tires. I don't think I can afford new ones. Does anyone know of any good sites or forums for good used tires? I'm looking for 225 or 235 /40/18.

Oh yeah, and I want the tires by next friday if at all possible.

there are so many things that can go wrong with a tire internally and you'd never be able to tell. Not many people think that uneven wear on their tires could be from slipped belts, but the fact is, it happens more than someone would like to think. The tire is the only thing keeping your car on the road, and you safe. Don't skimp on them.

now those are some sweet rims.. where did you get them and how much $??? I would think though, being so big and sooo wide open you would need one **** of a brake upgrade in order for your rotors not to look foolishly small.

You just had to bring that up huh?! I am also afraid of what the rotors are going to look like. Quite small indeed. As for the tires, I think you guys are right, I will just have to wait until I have enough money to buy nice new tires.

Thanks for the advice.

Ummm you go 1inch taller to 18's and see how small your rotors look, I defitnaly wanna spring for the 13" Baer kit this year it needs it bad.

BTW you can find pretty good deal on tires at www.whalentire.com

13" Baer kits are too expensive, I think. You can always go for a 97-98 Mustang Cobra Brakes. They are the same with the Baer kits. With little modifications it fits good.
