Hello all! I plan on becoming the proud owner of a 2014+ black on black Taurus SHO by April. I've owned quite a few cars and trucks but my favorites were my 1998 Mustang GT and my 2008 Audi S4. So I'm completely new to the SHO scene. I've been test driving and reading about virtually every sports sedan out there and I've decided that the newer SHO's are definitely my favorite!

My only question as of right now is whether or not I should spend the extra money for a SHO with the Performance Package option. I've read that you can only turn OFF the traction control if you have the Performance Package? Could somebody be so kind as to point me in the right direction to a thread discussing the pro's of having the Performance Package?

Thanks!

Welcome, and good luck on your quest! I would use Search with More/Advanced options to narrow it to the Generation 4 forums, and then only search for "wheels" or a specific brand if you are looking for that. Most talk IS of aftermarket wheels, so rarely actually referred to as "aftermarket".

Thanks so much for the info!
