Here pretty soon I am going to hit a bunch of junkyards. What parts can I add to my list that would be considered upgrades from other year SHO's?

-1st Gen front and rear sway bars
-94/95 ATX computer

Anything else?

Thanks

Hard button EATC's(Sable's, Taurus's, SHO's, Lincoln's, Grand Marquis')

Valve Shims

Good manual trannies

Misc. interior parts

2nd gen mtx consoles

Rod shifters

Mocha front bumper cover(91 only... evil_gri I need one)

80mm maf from early-mid 90's lincoln continental.

Knuckles from 94-95 Taurus/SHO/Sable/95 Conti(96 upgrade knuckles)

I'm sure there's more but can't think clearly right now(just wrecked my SHO. :( Its fine just needs suspension work. Not a scratch on her though thumb ).

weren't the sway bars beefier on the SHO's? Unlike the SLO, sable, or Continental?

Oh yeah.. get 1st gen dash parts...ones with good, intact plastic buttons and a green digital climate control display. You have to get it from the 1st Gen SHO, Taurus, or Lincolns of those years.

And the sunroof motor cover.

Racks/pinions are a good idea too (if they let you pull it yourself).

And MTX AND ATX trannies. Maybe you'll find one with a Quaife! evil_gri

Or maybe a SHO BLOCK!!!

Trust me. All the parts you can savage you will either use yourself or can easily sell off.

Happy Huntin' thumb
