Getting New Struts

I don't know how to weld. So if it's not bolt on I'm out of luck.

I'm thinking you could have them welded on at any muffler shop. Just make sure they have the car level before they start welding. It's recommended that they be welded while the car is sitting on all four wheels, like on a lift you drive up on. that way the car is sitting in it's natural possition, and level, when they are welded on.

As far as the Monroe's go, I am running the Tokico/Eibach setup, and it is only my OPINION that Monroe's are soft. I would not recommend them for any kind of track use, which is what I enjoy more than cruising. There. I said it. I'm done.

The reason I mentioned the SFC's in the first place is because I had a '94 ATX that had original struts/springs and I had FPS weld on my SFC's BEFORE I did all the suspension work. At the time I was living in Columbus, GA, and there was an off-ramp that had a recomended speed of 15mph. Before the SFC's I could take it at 25mph or so. After the SFC's, before the Tokico/Eibach project, I could take it at 45mph, just with SFC's. That's why I like them so much.

U have a muffler shop?????? if yes then problem sovled if no u arn't trying. I dont know how to weld either.....lol

Yep, I have a good, trusted muffler shop. I just don't like paying other people to work on my car if I can help it.

If you want SFCs, you don't have a choice then. If your exhaust fell apart at the rear Y, would you drive around without mufflers till you learned how to weld, or go to a shop and have something welded up for you?

Of course not, but that's something that would NEED to be done. I'm sure you understand the difference. Not to mention I said that I had a trusted shop that could do it for me...
