Folks we have a decent early turnout for the convention, but I need to know how many others are coming that haven't gotten in their reservations. The hotel says we have more rooms booked than we have reservations. So we know there are some of you out there we haven't heard from.
As always I am very committed to this event, but we can't wait till June to get most of the responses.
If you can't make the payments now, post date your check or just ask me to hold off processing your credit card, but get the forms in. Let me know when to cash/ or process and I can do that. (before the event though!)
Again, we got a very good early response, but not enough to make 100% sure we can continue. If everyone goes that has said, we should be OK, but I think you will understand, that with a project this big, I can't rely on that completely.
