Gen III breaks on a Gen II

I was just wondering if it is at all possible to fit the bigger Gen III roters on a Gen II car. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum. What you're talking about is the famous 96 upgrade. You'll need 94 or 95 steering knuckles(?) to start, but this is a well documented and very common procedure.
