Gen 2 moog spring questions

I will probably be ordering springs and struts soon, and I need the part numbers for the Gen 2 (1993 MTX) Moog cargo coils, both front and rear sets. Also, could I cut off a coil or so on the front ones like I have seen done before on Gen 1's?

I believe kenny (notsoslowsho) cut his srpings in the front. Wonder if he'll chime in.

Yes, I have the 858 coils on the front of my '89, with one coil removed wink

How did you cut the coils?

hacksaw and carbide blade(s).

Be sure to grab an entire pack of blades... It took me 5 blades to make 2 cuts eek!

heh, i feel ya there Kenny. it took me about 40 Dremel Heavy Duty cutoff wheels to make 4 cuts....
