I have a 94 SHO (well, an SLO wagon with full ATX SHO conversion). I wanted to do something with the front end to make it a bit more aggressive. The only bumper cover (that doesn't cost $3000) is for the 86-91 Taurus here (ebay auction 160744356625), which would work (albeit a bit over the top). I know the mounting brackets are different, but how about the fenders, hood, ect? Is there a kit for the Gen II's?

It's been done before. You need to swap the entire front end - bumper, hood, fenders, and lights. You can probably find some pictures if you search around a bit.

Wow, I didn't look at the auction until just now...

...just a little over the top?!

Yeah...I'm not thrilled with that one...but the stock one (at least the SLO cover) is just bad. No SHO covers in this area, and mine is heavily oxidized...to the point where it is better to replace it before a re-paint this spring. I keep looking at the auction and asking if I really want that nose. I'd be happier with a place for fog lamps and a bit on a chin spoiler... Which they don't make either. Just bored with the plain Jane nose...

You just need to post a WTB. There is a guy in Pittsburgh that has tons of SHO stuff.

F Y I, the gen II hood has a longer front curve, it sticks out about 2" farther than a genI in the center

looked at the auction, I think its ugly, but I do like its something different. Is it just a cover that glues on or is it a whole bumper? If its a whole bumper, the 3 bolts are in the same place. Only problem you'd have is the lip in the gen2 beween the bumper and headlights. Since the gen2 headlights are thinner, they had to put that lip to cover the gap.

That and the entire grill area is completely different.
