We are slowly pushing forward with the design. This is a fairly complex design and there are a couple easier projects we are finishing up first.

For those people with broken springs, do you think the spring broke as a result of a broken pawl (quick snap to break the spring), or did the spring break leaving the quadrant and pawl still in good condition? I am thinking a little more failure analysis here would be good.

Mike

I have seen 2 pawl's that we're stripped with no teeth left.
I have seen 1 with a broken spring.

Let's make this happen guy's!!!!
;)

Ive only sold two in 10 years. is there really that big of a need for a custom piece?

I have seen three that were junk and just stuck in one of Tonys shims and it worked great.

I think its a good idea though.

We are working on the CNC programming, but this is a pretty complicated shape to program. As I know more, I will post.

Thanks

This project is in process with our machinist. He has been working our other projects lately, but I will see if we can raise the priority.

In the mean time ...

We found four brand new clutch adjusters in the Ford packaging. We will get them up on the site soon for those people who need something before the aluminum option is available.

Admit it: You guys secretly developed a time machine. How else could you keep "finding" parts like these :)

Wait which website can I order one of these adjusters from? My adjuster just broke yesterday and this would be perfect until the billet model is ready, oh and please put me on the list for one of those also. Thanks

We apologize for never getting them listed. I guess that is why they are not selling welll:nut:

We will get the few factory adjusters up on line later today. It will probably get advertised between 1 and 3 pm Eastern on shosource.com We only have a few, so I am sure they will sell fast.

We still have one brand new factory adjuster mechanism available. If someone wants it, contact us directly at [email protected]

The billet adjusters are still in development. It is a reasonably complex shape, but out machinist is confident he can build it with his most recent machine. If I had to guess, I would say the billet adjuster will be developed and released over the winter.
