Hey there if your instrument cluster temp gauge and gas level gauges aren't displaying correctly , what parts could be out and need to be replaced?

The whole cluster. If you want gauges go aftermarket. I have 3 clusters and all of them are horribly inaccurate.

I would start by checking grounds, because both those gauges work by measuring resistance. The temp sender can get a bad connection at the sensor, which will make the gauge reading off, and the grounds on these cars are a bit shaky as they get older.

when you turn you key to the accessory position, do all of the lights on the bottom of the cluster turn on? If not, it could be one of the fuses burned out.

What year car? I know on the Gen2, the cluster grounds are behind the air box on the drivers inner fender. Check for a good connection.

Disregard my last post. Sounds like grounds are a likely culprit. My car is quite rusty. Probably why all my clusters dont work correctly

Old temp senders will cause the gauge to read between the A and L of NORMAL. If that's the case, replace with a Duralst TU25 from Autozone. The BWD WT386 also works.

I installed everything from the shosource 120k kit. My gauge touches the "N" when my fans come on. I have the tweecer set to turn fans on at 195. Odd behavior?

Touching the 'N' when the fan comes on is a smidgeon high. Should be more like the 'O', then fans turn off at the 'R'. It's possible that the ECT sender reading is a little off. You might want to pull the codes to see if a 116, 117 or 118 comes up. If not, you could reprogram the TwEECer.

519, 176, 542. I run codes almost everyday. Fighting these. When I put my infared thermometer in various places on the engine everything seems right until i get to the heads under the intake. Reads about 215. Everywhere else around 195.

Well, the Hego running lean will make it run a bit hotter, but that should be taken care of with the ECT and TwEEcer being in control. Easiest to reprogram it.

I was under the car fabbing up a "j pipe" or "helmholtz resonator".. i noticed the wires for my front o2 were cut clean off... i unno how that happened. Reprogram it how exactly? My knowledge with tuning is very limited. Fuel cut, secondaries open rpm, fan on and off temp.. that's about it

You will want to reconnect those wires.

Reprogram it to have the fan turn on at a lower temp.

Replacement O2s I recommend for the MTX: Bosch 13942 from Rock Auto, Autozone, etc.
