Gauge cluster

My brother needs some help he is looking to by a blue 95 sho and the one he wants to get is sweet, except we were wery about the gauge cluster. it is a little different then mine. it has alot more hash marks than does mine and one other thing it has, printed on it it says "certified calibration" just curious as to what this means since mine does not. we were wondering if has been replaced. so if any of u have run into the same delema please let me know on what ya know and what ya think ya know.any help is appreticated. thanx.

that would be a police package cluster

id run the VIN thru Carfax or something, find some history on it. it may have been a police car at one time, but i highly doubt that. do your research first..thats all i can say.
