Bought a 2010 SHO for a fun daily driver. I've also got a 1400hp small tire mustang that I class drag race, so having a twin turbo SHO satisfies the street speed need! I've been doing my own mechanic work and racing for about 17 years. Hope I can bring knowledge and gain some on this new platform. Looking forward to restoring and modifying the SHO even more in the coming months!

Mods so far are as follows:
Unleashed 93 octane tune
3 bar MAP sensor
GH intercooler
UPR Oil separator
Downpipes
Full Borla exhaust (no cats)
Billet wheel turbo upgrades
Upgrade plugs
H&R springs
Cross drilled and slotted rotors
Motortech spacers
ARP wheel studs
2010 Mustang GT500 rims
275's on all corners

I'll grab a couple pics of the SHO tomorrow, it's been raining here all day. I just downloaded all my pics from my phone the other day and need to take a few new ones of the mustang, so I'll get some better ones tomorrow. Here are a few old ones. Again, I'll get some better ones this week.IMG 3463

I'd love to get this thing faster but putting on these rims killed me with rotating mass. Even though they are 19's, they are wider and much heavier than the stock 20's. 7lbs heavier each! OUCH!

Probably the best looking wheel for weight and price imho is the American Racing AR924 Crossfire. 20x9 is 22lbs I believe and about $280 a wheel. I have them in black and 20x10.5, and that’s still under 25lbs.7E2409EB 9FEF 4FFD 8D6F 875A658C2636

welcome! 7lbs Chit!!!
I know it sounds meticulous, but considering I’ve spent a ton on reducing rotating mass weight in the race car, 28lbs would be suicide!
Mustang has lightened ring gear, ceramic bearings, gun drilled axles, titanium studs, titanium lugs, titanium bead lock bolts, etc. This SHO is a boat anchor already lol

Best advice for the SHO. Just go and light your wallet on fire. Semper Fi.
