Get in touch with Nook at Prosuspension.com. You can find him posting somewhere in the classifieds for a group buy of overbored (69mm?) throttle bodies. He usually has some laying around or will run a batch every now and then.

it keeps the body in a loaded position. IIRC.
allthough i did a combo of both. i did one side, tightened it down a little, then went to the other side, tightened it down alittle, then dropped the car, then tigthened them up securly. havent had one problem with mine, and they still preform very well. and they are still bolted on. although i used locking bolts. the ones with the plastic on the top of the bolt. hope that helps alittle!

When my full length connectors were put on the car was supported by the body. A support was placed under the SFC at the midpoint and the car lowered a bit. This put a bow in the connector. It was then welded.

Why did you want to bow it, to further preload it?

On my plus the car was loaded (on ramps) and then welded on. As far as I know the general practice is to put them on with the suspension loaded. Don't ask me why... I'm not that smart. Hopefully someone with more experience can jump in here.
