After driving the car and then shutting it off, I get a strong smell of gas from the passenger side of the car. No leaks on the ground so not really a leaking fuel line. Not sure but if I remember I thimk the fuel line runs along the driver's side. Not to long ago the cel came on while on the highway. Tried to check w/ autozone poss. o2 sensor code. Any thoughts. thanks

The fuel lines run along the passenger side, but thats the last place I would look for a leak. It would be very obvious if you have a bad line.

First thing Id check if I had a fuel smell from the passenger side of the car would be the gas cap. They do "go bad"

Second thing I would check would be the vapor recovery system vac lines.

Could it be the O2 sensor/s dumping to much fuel right when i shut her off. Haven't had any codes lately.
