Fuel Pump Replace? Ran Codes -

Hey everyone - Here are the codes I ran after another stall at highway speeds. Car runs fine, then after about 1hr on the highway she's fuel starved and shuts off. Try to re-start and it will try to run then bogs and dies. Wait about 5min then starts, runs fine, go about 5 miles and dies again. Got her home and....

KOEO
542 - Fuel pump open bad ground or always on

556 - Fuel pump relay primary circuit fault

557 - Low speed pump relay primary circuit fault

Stored code:
539 (O) System shows voltage at PCM pin 10. Is A/C on ?(could be a really old code?)

I wanted to replace the pump soon anyway, just wanted any advice if it could be anything else causing the stall. Idle is fine once she runs.

All signs so far point to the fuel system, and you're getting the FP codes, so it's probably something to consider. While you're at it you should replace the fuel filter, too.

On the other hand, you can't rule out a FP circuit issue with the SHO. There are some good guidelines on troubleshootning a SHO FP circuit here:

Another thing that might help confirm things is a fuel pressure test.

Get the 174lph pump from RCM.
