Hey guys. I am having a fuel pump issue on my 93 MTX. Drove it around last week and ran great. Parked it and wouldn't start, no buzz from the pump. Ordered a Delphi pump off rock auto and put it in...no buzz still on test prime. I already looked for a fuel pump fuse but can't find much info on here or google. Anyone have fuse/relay locations or possible other issues based on how it went down. Thanks guys

See if you have power at the shut off unit in the trunk on the drivers side under the wall carpeting. There is a reset button on the unit

It shuts the pump off when the car is hit, as in an accident. But many things set it off.

Feel free to tap the CCRM as it has the relay that starts the pump, and they get lazy from time to time. Unit is on top of rad under the instruction sheet.

Already reset the pump shut off switch in the trunk. Engine turns over but no start. Pump doesn't turn on when you turn the key. No buzz, no prime nothing and it ran great. I just assumed the pump unit went bad

Give the CCRM a few good whacks with the handle of a large screwdriver.

When you turn the Ignition to the On position do the fans kick on?

Okay so update. Gave the ccrm a few.wacks, nothing. But I noticed that the radiator fans run full time now when the key is on. Seems like the ccrm is bad to me. Seem consistent?

Mine kicks the fans on as soon as the key is turned over. Every once in a while they stay on when I shut it off. I just turn the key over then back off.

the fans are not supposed to turn on every time the key is turned on.

op: that could be a ccrm issue or it could be a pcm issue. are there any codes?

You should be able that trigger the fuel pump relay by grounding the tan/light green wire at the test connector near the pcm. Is the fan stuck on low or high? -with the fan unplugged which wire is getting power? The pcm triggers the low speed and a/c controls the high speed on 94mtx's at least.

Also when the chip in my ATX crapped out it blew the fuse marked acc. feed in the underhood fuse box.
