Fuel Pressure?

Hey guys I was wondering what the fuel pressure should be at on my 93 MTX. I had it at idle at it was 30.5 then at about 300 it was at 28.5? This seems high? Of course I was using an electronic tire gauge to do the measuring, but I what to know what the fuel pressure should be at idle and higher RPM's if anyone could help me I would be very thankful!
