I am in the process of measuring my fuel pressure and I understand that for a accurate reading you need to disconnect the FPR hose. Where is this located? Is the correct fuel pressure range 35-45 psi at idle? Thanks

The fuel pressure regulator is on the passenger side of the rear fuel rail under the intake manifold and has a 5mm(?) vacuum line running to the near side of the front plenum. You can see it in the picture at the top of the Forum pages. You should plug the line when you remove it so that you don't raise the idle speed with the extra air that is drawn in.
