Front passenger tire issue

Not sure if this a strut issue or what, but when I make a right turn or go up a hill while turning the right front tire makes a rubbing sound. Anyone know what this can be?

Just have to ask are you running stock size tires or oversized tires?

Pull the tire off and look for rub marks. The plastic inner liner or drip shield could have come loose.

Brought new strut's, getting installed this weekend
