So I can't seem to find the torque value for the front motor mount nut (bottom one, 21mm) that attaches the motor mount to the subframe as well as the mount to the engine. any help appreciated.

I found it on the Shosource site under Shonut Reinforced Motor Mounts
The torque spec is 55 ft.lb. for the two through bolts, and 75 ft.lb. for the nut on the stud that goes through the subframe.
