front end shake/shimmy

I have a 93 sho, 5 speed. when im on the gas in high rpm (4k-5k), the front end shakes. my lug nuts are tight. maybe if i rotate my back tires to the front it will help? please help..im a newbie at all this and want this problem gone.. thanks

Only when on the gas, you may have bad cv axles or really worn out motor mounts.

Any strange pops or noises whilst turning slow or in general?

nope no pops or clicking sound when turning or in general. i checked my wheels to see if there unbalanced and the tire weights are different. this maybe be the problem. hopefully it is and if not how do i check for worn motor mounts?
