Where's the best place to find a Gen I front bumper without holes drilled in it for the license bracket?

You can get flexible bumper filler, it won't crack like Bondo. It's a PITA to sand compared to Bondo though. Worth it if you want the repair to last.

I think my car has 3 little body colored plugs that go in the bumper holes, you can't hardly see them. IIRC you can get them from Ford, since they're not model specific.
