Update.
Tonight I installed the injectors from Off Road Sho, wired the engine and she came alive. Sounds like an Offy on steroids. I will certainly stir the troops coming out of a 1926 touring car. A big thanks to Tom for the parts and his advice. However, starting the motor raises another question. She started, revved to something like 1200, dropped to something like 500, pulsed up and down three or four times then stalled. I starter it 3 more times each time she pulsed up and down and stalled. More info: the intake gasket is used and probably leaking (don't want to install the new one for $100 bill the engine is painted and detailed), the MAS is sitting on the floor but connected, the air temp sensor is sitting on the floor but connected, the motor responds to the throttle body but does not want to idle. Does any of this appear to be an issue needing resolved now or will it disappear following final assembly? In other words, can I pull the wiring, install the body to complete the firewall and steering and bodywork and paint confident that when final assembly is complete she will run as expected? Thanks much in advance. Jim.
