My 95, 3.0 SHO has been running great but decided to do preventative maintenance on it prior to potential drive to Oklahoma. Started work to replace my timing belt, water pump, cam & crank sensor, spark plugs & wires project today.

Noticed oil on front center spark plug when I pulled it. Possible oil seal leak? Comments?

Have not pulled the rear plugs yet as I am deciding if I need to remove the intake to get to them.

Progress has been slower than expected.

please clarify - oil on the outside of the plug in the plug well? or oil on the tip of the plug inside the cylinder?

the only time I every pulled the intake to do spark plugs was if the previous person routed the wires in such a way that the intake needed to come off to get the wires out.

If it is running good, I would proceed with the work and check it again in a few thousand miles. Look for the obvious like a bad plug, a bad wire. You may be tempted to look at the coil, but it will most likely be OK.
Do the plug wires one at a time as a lot of places have the wire order wrong in their literature.

Could it be that it is fuel soaked rather than oil soaked?

Does the plug end look wet, or is it best described as being "furry".

Removing the intake sometimes leads to other issues, like grounding, like vacuum leaks either at the sleeves or the tubing underneath; but if done properly, will not be a problem.
I removed the intake to get to the plugs, because I was also doing the valve cover gaskets, but if you are doing all the other things you have listed, you are going to have no trouble either way.
