got a 14 with 48k mi. the dealer said the fluids were done,but they have been caught in so many lies(you may have read some of my posts) im thinking of just doing them all. trans. ptu,oil,coolant did i miss any? also can i go full synthetic in all the wells.

I would replace the PTU and RDU with Redline Lightweight Shockproof Fluid. Change your oil every 3K miles, and I wouldn't bother overfilling the trans.

Maintenance is key on most cars and definitely on these. If not known I would have the fluids changed, my vote is for Redline shockproof as well. If you find a place that does the PTU for a reasonable cost please let me know.

I use Mobil 1 with a Mobil 1 filter, I change it religiously every 3k miles. I just had my trans replaced about 500 miles ago. However from now now, every time I change my oil, I will drop 5 quarts of trans fluid, and add 5 new quarts. It will keep the fluid clean, avoid thermal break down, and keep the trans filter alot happier. This is extreme duty maintenance. $100 every 3K miles is well worth it for me.

Redline isn't available everywhere so it may be easier for you to provide. I would just ask the shop you will be using.

Yes for oil, tranny is Mercon LV which is full synthetic and cheap enough.

Redline is easily available via Amazon and other online retailers. local speed shops also carry their products, but selection will vary. You will need to look for automotive speed shops, not bike speed shops most likely.
