I just got a new alternator and now my lights flicker/ pulsate. Don't remember if it did it before but i don't think it did. I haven't taken it to the auto store yet for them to check it out? Could it be anything beside the alternator?

Yup, I just went through that and I would suggest you do it soon, as it can either be under or over charging. If it's overcharging it can boil your battery and you'll be buying that as well.
I have a 95 ATX as well with the internal voltage regulator.

So we changed alternators with the same model and the same thing no change at all. But this one whistles now. Damn Duralast alternators. Anyother reasons why my lights would flicker????

Your engine compartment ground points maybe? I'd check all the places your ground wires bolt for a loose or broken wire. Just a thought.
